We introduce you to lenders. We do not lend money ourselves.

When you complete an application, we take the information you give us and compare it against the lending criteria of the lenders we work with. If one of them looks like a match, we pass your application to them. The decision on whether to lend, on how much, and on what terms, is theirs alone.

Any loan agreement you enter into is between you and the lender. We are not a party to it. We do not collect repayments, hold your money, or manage your account.

We do not advise you or make recommendations. We do not tell you whether borrowing is a good idea for you, whether one lender is better than another, or which product suits your circumstances. Matching your application to a lender's criteria is not a recommendation, and you should not treat it as one.

You are responsible for deciding whether to borrow and whether to accept any agreement offered to you. Read the lender's documents carefully before you sign anything, and take independent advice if you are unsure. There is free and impartial guidance at MoneyHelper.

To apply through this site you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• be a resident of the United Kingdom
• hold a UK bank account and a valid debit card in your own name
• have a regular income
• be applying for yourself, not on behalf of somebody else

We may decline to process an application from anyone who does not meet these conditions.

When you apply, we may carry out a quotation search, sometimes called a soft search, with one or more credit reference agencies. This is visible to you on your own credit report but is not visible to lenders and does not affect your credit score.

If you go on to apply directly with a lender we introduce you to, that lender may carry out a full credit search, which is recorded on your file and can be seen by others. That search is theirs, not ours.

Submitting an application does not mean you will be offered a loan. We cannot guarantee that any lender will accept you, that you will be offered the amount you asked for, or that the rate you are offered will match any example shown on this site. Representative examples on the site show the rate offered to a defined proportion of accepted customers, not the rate everyone gets.

If we cannot match you to a lender, we will tell you.

We do not charge you a fee for our service. We are paid a commission by the lender when an introduction results in a loan being approved/taken out. The amount varies between lenders. The commission does not change the amount you repay, and you can ask us for details of the commission we receive in relation to your application by emailing help@easyloans.co.uk.

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• copy, republish, or redistribute any part of it without our permission
• use it in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to any server or database connected to it
• introduce malicious code, or attempt any denial of service attack
• scrape, harvest, or extract data from it by automated means

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or to any part of it, without notice.

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics, and logos, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this site gives you any right to use it beyond what these terms allow.

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Information on the site is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but rates, products, and lender criteria change, and we do not warrant that everything on the site is current at the moment you read it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for:

• any loss arising from a decision made by a lender
• any loss arising from a loan agreement you enter into with a lender
• business losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity
• loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time you used the site

We provide this site to you for domestic and private use. If you use it for any commercial purpose, we have no liability to you for business losses.

These terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other consumer protection law.

We may change these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies, so please check it when you return. If we make a significant change we will update the date at the top.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
