Repayment Update

Due to the unforeseen outbreak of CoronaVirus, Easy Loans will cover customer repayments on loans for at least the next 3 months for any customer.

We understand that a lot of our customers have found themselves in financial difficulties due to no fault of their own. When you applied for a loan, you did so with the reasonable expectations that you could manage your repayments. Unfortunately, like a significant percentage of our customers, you may have seen your income disappear almost overnight.

We feel it is our job to try and take away some of the pressures you may be feeling during this difficult time. As a gesture of goodwill, if you applied for your loan between December the 1st 2019 and March the 18th, we are offering to take over your repayments for the next 3 months.

Since 2016, is not a direct lender and is now only involved in brokering loans. This means that you will have to sign an authorisation document to let us communicate with your lender on your behalf. We will email you this form upon request, just sign and return it to us by email or take a picture of the signature and WhatsApp it to us.

Once the current economic downturn is over, and things return to a more normal standing, we would be grateful if you could pay us back whatever we pay to your lender - it would in effect be a loan (interest-free). Due to us no longer having a lending license, we will have no means to enforce this contract. Instead, we are relying on your goodwill to one day make the repayment(s).
